Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide daily living assistance to residents, including lifting, moving, positioning, and feeding.
- Ensure the dining room is set up, assist with meals, and document intake.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions, weights, and skin health.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect, protecting their rights and confidentiality.
- Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Document and report any incidents or changes in resident health to nursing staff.
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
- High school diploma or equivalent; current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending, and work beyond standard hours as needed.
