Are you a compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for providing exceptional resident care? We are looking for a CNA to join our nursing team and make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Department: Nursing

Reports to: Charge Nurse, Unit Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Director of Nursing

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide daily living assistance to residents, including lifting, moving, positioning, and feeding.
• Ensure the dining room is set up, assist with meals, and document intake.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, weights, and skin health.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, protecting their rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Document and report any incidents or changes in resident health to nursing staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent; current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending, and work beyond standard hours as needed.
