Job Summary
To assist students and faculty in the Academic Computer Lab
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist students and faculty with software issue
- Assist students and faculty with wifi connection
- Assist student with passwords and multi-factor authentication
- Supervise student workers
- Maintain multi-function devices (print, copy, scan) throughout the campus
- Monitor and report hardware and software issues in the Academic Computer Lab
- Toner inventory
Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
Competencies
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
