BASIC SUMMARY:
The Digital/Electronic Banking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the digital/electronic banking team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the integrity and security of digital/electronic banking platforms. The role involves managing a team, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to enhance digital/electronic banking services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, create and modify policies and procedures for digital/electronic banking processes, such as ACH, bill payments, mobile deposits, etc.
- Lead audit and compliance requirements maintaining written documentation.
- Work with core provider to monitor and troubleshoot online banking channels and platforms to ensure functionality.
- Train staff and customers on how to use digital/electronic banking products and features, such as internet banking, mobile banking, positive pay, and e-statements.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure compliance with bank regulations, industry standards, and best practices in electronic banking.
- Respond to department emails, phone calls and Banno conversations.
- Perform periodic audit of account setup and access including the review of cash management and scanner customer profiles
- Responsible for the department personnel management, conducting annual performance reviews, scheduling and ensuring department tasks are completed.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in digital banking technology.
- Comply with Code of Ethics standards and all applicable bank compliance laws and regulations.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
· Experience: Three to five years related experience.
·
· Other: Must have demonstrated skills in: customer service, attention to detail, general computer/internet skills, verbal communication, integrity, people skills, thoroughness and documentation. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.
