Community Nursing Services, “CNS” is the 2nd largest homecare company in the State is looking for a Medical Sales professional (IN PROVO / Utah County). This position offers an outstanding base salary and UN-CAPPED monthly commission potential. Summary: This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals and promoting our healthcare services to ensure patient discharges into our care network. We’d like to find a candidate with medical sales experience however if you are a top sales professional with a proven track record of success, we want to talk to you. Although this is primarily a sales position you must have a focus providing the best care services to our patients. The right person will also have a background in account management, maintenance and growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Building:
· Develop and nurture relationships with medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and discharge planners.
· Act as a liaison between our organization and healthcare facilities to promote collaboration and seamless patient transitions.
2. Sales and Marketing:
· Present and promote our healthcare services to medical professionals.
· Highlight the benefits of partnering with our organization for patient care and discharge planning.
· Utilize persuasive communication and sales techniques to influence medical professionals to choose our services.
3. On-the-Road Activities:
· Conduct regular on-site visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
· Travel within the assigned territory to meet with medical professionals and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
4. Patient Referral Management:
· Collaborate with healthcare providers to secure patient referrals to our care network.
· Provide education and resources to medical professionals regarding our services and capabilities.
5. Data Collection and Reporting:
· Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
· Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management.
Qualifications:
· Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
· Preferred proven experience in medical sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
· Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented.
