Community Shelter Services is looking for a full-time Assistant manager
-To aid in overseeing daily operations
- Do in-takes and resolve issues for the residents we serve
- Supervise and train staff members
- Assist in creating and assigning tasks to employees/residents
-Ensure the safety of clients and grounds
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement programs to aid those we serve
- Ensure administrative tasks such as updating and maintaining client files, updating log book, and daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.
```Qualifications:```
-2 year degree in business/social work related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or assistant management role preferred, 3 years experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience in training and development of employees
This position will be Tues. thru Sat.
-Act 33 & 34 Clearances are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
