Training Coordinator REQUIREMENTS
- Fingerprint clearance
- Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test
- Acceptable DMV record
- Driver License
- Working Vehicle, Auto insurance

WHO ARE WE:
Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through our Supported Living Services. As a Training Coordinator, you will assist the Training and Excellence department with the successful development and execution of Compass training. The TC will assist with the management and delivery of effective and timely training. You must love our culture and our clients. You must be a role model of our values and mission.
JOB DETAILS:
The rate of pay is $20-22/hour based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm. Job duties include assisting with aligning the facilities, equipment, material, schedules, and trainers as needed for each pillar of training. In addition, the Training Coordinator will assist with evaluation efforts through the collection and review of training feedback, results, and effectiveness in order to provide quality assurance within the training infrastructure. Possible travel a couple of times a year.
