Position Overview : The Data Finance Analyst will leverage data analytics and financial expertise to provide insights that drive decision-making and enhance financial performance. This in-person role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze large datasets to identify financial trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to create data-driven financial models.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by providing detailed data insights.
Support strategic initiatives by evaluating financial impacts and presenting findings.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting and analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial data management.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site organization.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
