Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
  • Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
  • Create and maintain staff schedules
  • Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
  • Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
  • Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs
  • Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or Administrator
