Key Responsibilities
The People Solutions Business Partner will oversee investigations on workplace situations, prepare documentary requirements for labor-related cases, and develop clear visuals to communicate findings. You will also manage and facilitate the development of Human Resources communication materials and tools to support new processes, systems, and technology.
In this role, you will proactively maintain and apply working knowledge of progressive Human Resources practices, evaluating programs against trends and advancements, and developing recommendations to drive execution of changes and improvements.
