We are seeking a Fashion-obsessed, Sales Driven, People-Focused, Customer Centric Co-Manager to help our store reach it's full sales potential.
Co-Manager
- Supervise and Motivate team of retail sales workers
- Exceed daily sales goals by executing above standards customer experience
- Keep up Visual Displays through fashionable styling and store upkeep
- Managing the sales floor and protecting the companies assets
- Resolve all customer issues leaving the customer happy
- Previous experience in retail in a supervisory role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SELLING environment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change
