CPH is a leading provider of concrete pumping services and concrete waste management services in the U.S. and U.K. based on size, primarily operating under what we believe are the only established, national brands in both geographies Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping Holdings (Brundage-Bone) for concrete pumping in the U.S., Camfaud Group Limited (Camfaud) in the U.K., and Eco-Pan, Inc. (Eco-Pan) for waste management services in both the U.S. and U.K. Brundage-Bone provides concrete pumping services in the United States footprint of ~90 locations across 22 states and in the United Kingdom, Camfa...ud provides concrete pumping services from ~30 locations. Eco-Pan provides route-based concrete waste management service from ~16 locations in the United States and is currently pioneering this service in the United Kingdom. The Brundage-Bone business was founded in 1983 in Denver, Colorado. Since then, Brundage-Bone has expanded across the U.S. through more than 45 acquisitions. Eco-Pan was founded in 1999 and was acquired by CPH in 2014. In November 2016, CPH entered the U.K. market through the acquisition of Camfaud. In May 2019, we acquired Capital Pumping LP and its affiliates (Capital), a concrete pumping provider based in Texas.
