Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for creative design, branding, and motion graphics while supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies. Your work will help capture and retain our target audience, enhance our brand presence, and drive growth through engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, informative, and impactful designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, trade show materials, and advertisements.
• Produce motion graphics and video content to enhance our online and event presence.
• Leverage SEO best practices to improve online content visibility and traffic.
• Update and maintain the company’s WordPress website to reflect current branding and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive branding strategies.
• Develop marketing materials that align with strategic objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize Constant Contact and other marketing tools to create optimized content for email campaigns.
• Plan and design exhibits and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events.
• Assist with tradeshow related duties, including logistics, booth setup, and onsite branding.
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry standards to ensure creative relevance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.

• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Strong skills in branding, identity development, and motion graphics.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and best practices for designing impactful content.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic goals.

• Familiarity with the manufacturing and packaging industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
