Human Resources Administrator -NJ Candidates ONLY

We are a rapidly growing organization in the Paramus, NJ area. We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

• Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assisting with compliance in HR policies and procedures.

1. Payroll and Benefits:

• Supporting payroll preparation by collecting and verifying time and attendance data.
• Assisting in benefits enrollment and answering employee inquiries.

1. Recruitment Support:

• Posting job ads and assisting with screening resumes.
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.

1. Employee Relations:

• Serving as a point of contact for general HR questions.
• Assisting with conflict resolution or escalation to higher HR roles when necessary.

1. Compliance:

• Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Preparing reports for audits or internal reviews.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.

Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and general office tools.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
