Congruex Group LLC (Congruex) was founded in 2017 by industry executives, Bill Beans and Kevin OHara, to take advantage of the robust demand for engineering and construction services within the telecommunications and utility industries. There are very few companies in this space that operate at full scale, and even fewer that can self-perform both engineering and construction services.
