Connect Staffing is seeking a Construction Helper for a restoration company that restores fire, water, and smoke damage in the city of Irvine, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Requirements of a Construction Helper:
- Minimum 6 months of recent construction experience
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have a familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Prior experience in roles such as Construction Laborer, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, and Equipment Operator is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Construction Helper:
- Helping skilled workers like carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with their tasks, such as carrying materials, holding tools, or cleaning up work areas.
- Cleaning up debris, removing obstacles, and preparing the site for construction activities.
- Moving materials like lumber, drywall, and tools to and from the worksite.
- Using hand tools like hammers and saws, as well as power tools like drills and saws, under the supervision of skilled workers.
- Following safety guidelines, wearing protective gear, and ensuring the worksite is clean and organized.
