Connect Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Lead to fill an opening at a large Third Party Logistics warehouse located in Ontario, CA.
1st shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (OT very likely and will very)
Requirements for Inventory Manager:
- Experience in the 3PL industry.
- Proficiency in WMS systems and data visualization techniques
- Experience in logistics, process improvement, and analytics
- Excellent supplier management skills, including contract negotiation and relationship building

Responsibilities of the Inventory Manager :
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple locations to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
- Responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and implementing best practices in inventory control
- Utilize Nielsen systems and data visualization tools to analyze inventory trends and make informed decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, providing reports and insights to senior management
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for inventory control and management
