What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Store Lead Catcher position at Consolidated Water Group?
Responsibilities:
The Lead Catcher will be responsible for all aspects of support for capturing leads at Home Depot locations in Wildwood and Lady Lake, FL, partnering with the Culligan North America dealer network, marketing agency partners, and internal resources. In addition, a big portion of this role involves consumer-facing lead follow-up via phone, text, and email using multiple online tools and interacting with consumers to set appointments.
Job Function:
- Timely communication to follow up and set appointments with consumers on sales leads (for participating Culligan dealers). Follow-up components include organizing and executing the following:
- Outbound phone calls
- Outbound text messages using a company phone or automated system
- Email follow-up using several templates
- Communicate appointment details to dealers
- Manage lead-to-appointment communication to dealers
- Key point person to troubleshoot Culligan.com lead issues and lead distribution
- Test new lead forms to ensure all integrated systems correctly receive lead information
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable initiating communication with consumers
- Sales experience
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system like Salesforce.com is a plus
- Highly organized and displays time management skills
- Displays confidence with systems like Microsoft programs
- Weekday & Saturday availability
