Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), HTML, SQL, and AMPscript is critical, and SFMC Certification is preferred and highly desired.
What you’ll do:
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Lead the operational execution of marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), supporting CTCT cross-functional marketing teams ensuring best practices for segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Drive optimization initiatives, including contact data cleansing, audience segmentation, and governance strategies.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and advanced marketing technologies to enhance and optimize campaign performance and scalability.
Domestic, Regional, and International Market Alignment:
- Partner with Cross Functional Marketing Teams to develop and manage marketing campaigns tailored for domestic, regional, and international markets (e.g., UK, Australia, Canada).
- Understand compliance with regional and international regulations, including GDPR. DMA, CCPA and other data privacy standards.
- Align localized campaign operations strategies with corporate objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all markets.
Process and Workflow Management:
- Streamline workflows, including project intake processes and Jira integration, to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Oversee campaign calendars and approval workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Team Collaboration and Training:
- Deliver comprehensive SFMC training to internal teams, enhancing platform adoption and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with corporate objectives and support both regional and international growth strategies.
Salesforce Ecosystem:
- Leverage knowledge of the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MC Connect, to optimize data flows and campaign execution.
- Integrate AI-driven features within the Salesforce platform to drive customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Who you are:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing operations with a focus on campaign execution, automation, integrations and both domestic and international marketing strategies.
- Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MC Connect.
- Knowledge of data governance, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
- Experience with Jira, HTML, SQL, and AMP Script is critical.
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional workflows effectively.
