As we continue to scale and evolve, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations to oversee and optimize our operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the operations team, developing and executing long-term strategies for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability across the organization.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, ensuring best-in-class performance in quality, speed, and cost.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements that drive performance, reduce waste, and enhance profitability. Lead initiatives in Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams to align operations with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth.
• Technology Integration: Lead the adoption of innovative technologies and automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the scalability of operations.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure that operations are aligned with customer expectations, driving high levels of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery performance.
• P&L Management: Own the operations P&L, ensuring budget adherence, cost containment, and ROI optimization across all operations functions.
• Risk Management: Mitigate operational risks related to supply chain disruptions, production capacity, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or VP-level role within the CPG, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven Success: A strong track record of optimizing large-scale operations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving significant operational improvements.
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and KPIs to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Change Agent: Experience leading transformational change and implementing innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies to streamline operations.
• Exceptional Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and represent the operations function to external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
