The Territory Account Associate is responsible for generating leads on behalf of premier home improvement companies in the United States. The Territory Account Associate team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and brand recondition for our clients. As an Entry Level Territory Account Associate, you will be taught how to establish quality leads by meeting with local community members to determine their interest in home improvement and home remodeling options. You will introduce potential customers to the home designer team while remaining part of the sales cycle as support for the customer and the teams, alike.

- Highlight the benefits and value of various home improvement solutions and products while interacting with potential customers
- Create sales leads for the home design team for interested customers
- Provide sincere and genuine service to all customers
- Perform and operate with a high level of focus, determination, and organization
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance practices
- Communicate clearly with Business Development and Management teams if improvements can be made, based on need, area, or interest
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or consumer-focused field is preferred
- Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience
- Desire to gain hands-on experience including territory management, lead generation, sales, and customer-relationship development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Natural leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset
