Control Panels USA is seeking an entry level Inbound Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin / Georgetown, Tx area. The Inbound Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving all parts, maintenance and organization of the parts cage, inventory items, and maintaining stock equipment. This role will also be the backup warehouse driver.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain all job specific, non-stock, and stock item inventory documentationNotify Purchasing Manager when equipment is neededCommunicate with Production Managers on parts statusCreate job shelf when new cost estimates are provided for orderingHighlight items on cost estimate, pull and allocate to corresponding job and shelfMake Project Managers aware of parts they could use from non-stockOrganize and label all utilized shelves and pallet racksWhen necessary, unload products and equipment off trucks safely and efficientlyVerify and sign for all inbound shipmentsEnsure all equipment has been checked in promptly and accurately, and verify that the components received are as orderedTimely return and tracking of all RMAAssist Outbound Warehouse Coordinator with :Returns
Inventory maintenance and documentationPackaging and wrapping completed jobsShipping and deliveriesEquipment managementMaintenance and organization of the warehouses and work areas for orderliness at all times.Work with Purchasing Manager, Financial Controller, and President to recommend items to be included on, removed from, or quantity level adjustments of inventory items (minimums / maximums)Review invoices that are being questionedNote quality checkout forms for consumable pricing in system and give to Project ManagersHandle Ebay account and misc. parts sales to include shipping, recording, transferring paypal money, and providing a copy of the information to the Financial ControllerAct as the backup warehouse driverLoads and unloads products and equipment on trucks safely and efficiently
Ensure delivery of correct items to the customerDrive a truck with a 16ft. trailer in Austin area and up to 250 miles away to deliver product and equipment to businesses and job sitesMaintain clean driving record and valid driver’s licenseReviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfiedMaintain good relationships with customers and vendorsAttend meetings and trainings deemed necessary by ManagementAny other task, assignments, duty, or projects, as requested by ManagementDesired Skills & Experience :
0-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving1 years of experience with driving a truck with a minimum of a 16-foot trailerAbility to perform heavy manual tasks under varying climate conditionsAbility to operate forkliftStrong computer skills including Word and ExcelExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task and be detail and focused oriented in a fast paced, high demand environmentAbility to work independentlyAbility to have discretion and maintain confidential informationHighly detail orientedStrong customer service skillsValid driver licenseSuccessful completion of MVR checkPhysical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sit and stand in varying climate conditions. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
