Producers Cooperative Association offers products, programs, and services to its members through its four operating divisions. Supply, Feed, Agronomy, and Energy.

Position Objective: Manage and oversee the Agronomy Division including Bulk and Bagged Fertilizer, Planting Seed, Crop Protection Products, Application and Service as well as Plant Maintenance and Personnel.

Position Responsibilities: Provide oversight for day-to-day production and application of products. Maintain a culture of safety and excellent customer service. Recruitement and selection of personnel ensuring proper training and development is in place. Supervise the maintenance and care of plant production and application equipment. Ensure all state and federal registrations, documentation and procedures are compliant and up to date. Provide the General Manager with an annual budget as well as monthly review of the P&L statement. Promote a strong culture of excellent customer service and knowledge of products and strategies.

Position Requirements: Excellent communication skills and leadership experience. Background in agronomy or related life science field. Understanding of the mechanical operation of loading, blending and unloading equipment. Experience with agricultural customer service. Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
