Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Country Club of Landfall, Wilmington, NC
Job Type: Part-Time
Country Club of Landfall is a premier private club known for its exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment, and vendor account management for our ever growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9 forms and tax information.
- Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of Finance preferred).
- Work experience in Landfall and familiarity with members preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Reports to:
- Staff Accountant
- Chief Financial Officer
Schedule Requirements:
- Part-time hours, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work weekend days when necessary
