Court One Athletic Clubs is a great place to begin, grow - or continue - your career! We are actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at or Lansing/Okemos locations.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in our members' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving, reliability and a "team player" mentality are what ensures a Customer Service Representative's success. Compensation for our part-time positions are based on work experience, qualifications and availability.
Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Manage large number of incoming calls
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all club facilities, schedules and equipment to current and prospective members.
- Identify and assess members' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the methods/tools provided
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage members and guests
- Maintaining locker rooms, lobby and other areas of the club
Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Member orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 18 years old
