What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Cove Communities?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Covers Window for all new hires and any accounting needs
- Flexibility to work weekends throughout the summer
- Tracking new hires being onboarded and handing out uniforms
- Utilize electronic and paper filing systems to maintain proper records of important documents
- Follow progress on new homes and new home sales
- Manage GRID for RV Properties Support with budget & monthly financial reports: plan, coordinate and manage schedules and meetings, coordinate finances and assist with budget preparation Track manager and RVP training assigned by human resources
- Prepare responses to routine memo’s letters or correspondence
- Support with budget & monthly financial reports: plan, coordinate and manage schedules and meetings, coordinate finances and assist with budget preparation
- Analyze financial expenses based on budget to help increase NOI
- Review standardized property reports including maintenance checklists and property inspection reports
- Responsibility of small cash management for any items purchased through accounting
- Varies accounting projects throughout the summer
- Additional duties and responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
