Position Summary
The Trust Administration Assistant is responsible for data entry, document tracking, follow up with clients and internal staff, various account reconciliations, and physical and electronic file maintenance.

- College preferred.
- Two-years general office and support role experience, and knowledge in the areas of accounting or business desired.
- A heart for serving others and a passion for helping individuals and mission-centered institutions achieve their financial and charitable purposes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Dependable and takes initiative within the scope of this position.
- Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
Position Details
Reports to the Vice President of Trust Administration
Full-time, non-exempt, benefit eligible
39 exempt full-time employees, 3 non-exempt full-time employees
Monday through Friday work schedule with flexible daytime hours
3-days per week in the Chicago office and 2-days remote (after a period of orientation)
