How You Will Make An Impact

Our program is designed to give you the chance to make a true impact on our business. As an IT Intern, you will have a direct impact on our business and will be involved with the following work.

• Imaging PCs and laptops; and addressing end-user service requests.
• Documenting solutions for issues and repairs.
• Simplifying technical jargon for non-technical users.
  
  

Role

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or Mathematics .
• Proficient in MS Office programs
  
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of Active Directory, FreshService, Autopilot, or Intune.
• Experience or classroom training configuring & troubleshooting computers and mobile devices.
• Candidate has completed at least one full year of college or university studies; higher preference to rising Juniors or Seniors.
