Creative Solutions in Healthcare has an immediate need for a Regional Business Office Manager. The Business Office Consultant will be responsible for following up with local skilled nursing facilities, insurance companies, and patients to resolve account balances. Essential duties include account review, billing, collections, trust fund management, and customer service. A customer-focused demeanor is an absolute must since this person will have extensive contact with a wide range of clients. The Business Office Consultant will oversee a territory of approximately 8-10 buildings. This position requires frequent overnight travel (up to 4 nights a week) to ensure constant contact within the designated territory.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all phone calls and emails are answered or messages returned in a timely, courteous manner
- Complete all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies
- 2-5 years of HMO/PPO, and managed care claims processing experience
- Communicate to direct reports areas of concern or areas of improvement
- Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments
- Try to resolve account balances to zero prior to accounts reaching collections status
- Experience preferably in long term care, with ability to demonstrate good leadership and management skills
