The Role
As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Software Product Owners and collaborating closely with our User Experience (UX) and Software Engineering teams. This position will require analytical skills and insights that will drive the development and enhancement of CPI’s software products, ensuring they meet end-user needs and business goals. This role will work as part of a high-integrity and success-driven team, admit mistakes and take corrective action quickly (fail fast), and be diligent in providing the best solutions while meeting deadlines.

- Support the Product Owners in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing product backlogs.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Partner with UX designers and Software Engineers to ensure seamless integration of user feedback and technical feasibility into product development.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance, key metrics, and objectives/key results (OKRs).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or commensurate work experience
- One year or more of work experience as a product analyst
- Experience working with reporting tools and analysis
- Knowledge of backlog management
- Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
