- Burning midnight oil over lesson planning or drowning in assignment grading
- Playing virtual classroom police officer

- Getting stuck in outdated educational frameworks

Basic Requirements
- Arizona residency is non-negotiable (remote position exclusively for AZ residents)
- Proven track record in youth coaching or motivation (sports coaching, camp leadership, or mentorship)
- Demonstrated excellence in your chosen field (whether academic, athletic, or professional)
- Master communicator in virtual environments
- Either Spanish language fluency OR current Arizona teaching credentials
- Ready to embark on this journey between March - June 2025
