This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Basic Requirements
- Current Arizona resident (remote position exclusive to AZ)
- Proven youth leadership experience (sports coaching, camp counseling, mentoring)
- Demonstrated excellence in your chosen path (whether academic, athletic, or career)
- Master of virtual engagement and communication
- Either Spanish fluency OR current Arizona teaching license
- Ready to begin your journey between March - June 2025
