Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. - Spearhead dynamic virtual workshops on crucial life skills like public speaking, focus, and effective feedback
- Forge meaningful connections with students, igniting their passion for learning
- Leverage data-driven insights to provide targeted motivation and track student progress
- Cultivate an electrifying virtual environment that empowers students to excel beyond their perceived limits
- Coach students in setting and crushing ambitious academic goals, fostering a growth mindset
- Teaching academic subjects (our cutting-edge AI tutors handle that)
- Wasting time on lesson planning or mind-numbing grading sessions
- Policing behavior in a traditional classroom setting
- Delivering monotonous lectures to a sea of blank screens
- Conforming to outdated, ineffective educational practices

Basic Requirements
- Arizona residency (non-negotiable for this remote position)
- Proven track record in coaching and motivating youth (e.g., athletic coaching, camp leadership, mentorship)
- Demonstrated history of exceptional achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Masterful virtual communication skills that captivate and inspire
- Spanish fluency OR valid Arizona teaching certification
- Availability to commence between March - June 2025
