Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. english- Spanish is a plus
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using dentrix,dentimax,eaglesoft and other scheduling tools.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, clerical work, and correspondence as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dentrix, dentimax, eaglesoft applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
