What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Operations Assistant position at CS3?
Job duties are as follows:
- Process a variety of invoices for accounts payables, purchase orders, customer invoices
- Process service tickets and create customer invoices
- Enter vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Create purchase orders for project managers
- Create subcontracts for project managers
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Order and maintain inventory for uniforms
- Perform miscellaneous filing and scanning
- Cross train with Contract Specialist
- Assist in HR responsibilities including onboarding of new employees
- Other duties as assigned
