We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Management Analyst to join our team and support the Naval Applications and Business Services (NABS) Program. As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission.
**The hybrid schedule for this role requires two days per week onsite. This schedule is subject to change at client's discretion.**
\n- Support the Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs) with post-award contracting actions.
- Reviewing gap in service input forms, writing memorandums for the record (MFRs) to correct those gaps in service, drafting Demand Letters as required, and pulling weekly and monthly metrics.
- Additional, ad-hoc duties consist of supporting the Procurement Contracting Officers (PCOs) with pre-award contracting actions.
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant professional experience OR Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of relevant professional experience OR High School diploma plus nine (9) years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
- Navy experience preferred
- 5 years of experience in government contracting roles
- CFCM/CPCM/DAWIA Contracts Level II or III Certification preferred
