What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at CSA?
Individual must have Mental Health experience, be familiar with the Alpha System and billing soft ware systems.
Operate telephone system, direct callers and/or take accurate messages and distribute to applicable staff member.
Compiles, sorts and reviews data, makes necessary corrections and verifications to ensure accuracy of data submitted.
Individual will maintain and update calcium intake calendar for referrals from Local Management Entity.
Initiate program data entry and maintain accurate, timely individuals and employee information in the established computer systems and opening of medical records chart.
Maintain outpatient therapy and medication management schedule.
Conduct monthly program eligibility verifications (insurance).
Participate in initial individual referral process, by completing initial intake packet.
Maintain current and accurate consumer charts according to regulatory and agency guidelines, as well as assist with chart audits.
Participate in the MH/DD/SAS annual evaluation, surveys, Quality Assurance activities, and Medicaid and/or contract audits.
Any other duties deemed necessary
