Duties & Responsibilities
- Leveraging workforce data to develop strategic insights for people priorities and workplace planning.
- Research and develop comprehensive policies across various organizational areas.
- Collaborate with leadership and departments to ensure policies meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure policies remain relevant and compliant.
- Communicate policy updates effectively to all employees and provide training where needed.
- Develop and enhance recruitment strategies in collaboration with department managers and external agencies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Oversee HR services, including compensation and performance management, exit interviews, recruitment planning, and payroll administration, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and legal and company policies.
- Fluent in Spanish & English is a must
- This role requires someone who can change management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with experience in HR management across multiple site locations.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant employment standards and regulatory requirements for USA.
- Experience with updating existing policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of addressing sensitive HR issues and influencing others.
- Professional and resourceful approach, able to work independently and collaboratively, lead by example, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
