Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our business in the premium smoke lounge sector. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with independent businesses, driving sales growth, and ensuring that our products are represented with the utmost professionalism. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer goods, ideally within the affordable luxury space, and possess the organizational skills to plan travel routes independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Relationship Building: Engage with premium smoke lounges, presenting our products and establishing long-term partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Route Planning & Travel: Independently plan and execute travel routes, visiting clients 4-5 days a week to ensure optimal territory coverage.
- Account Management: Maintain detailed records of client communications, product orders, and follow-up actions to strengthen relationships and support client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure product knowledge and alignment with company goals.
- Market Insight: Gather and report on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to assist in strategic planning.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in sales, ideally within consumer goods, with experience in affordable luxury products preferred.
- Travel Capability: Willingness and ability to travel 4-5 days per week.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and managing a multi-stop route.
- Communication & Follow-up: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
