Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

The behavioral health provider conducts comprehensive assessments for the purpose of effectively planning treatment strategies. Treatment plans are developed in conjunction with the patient to support and maximize their ability to better direct their own health care experience. The behavioral health provider encourages respect for the patients’ individuality, independence, patient choice and collaborates on policies and systems that respect the cultural, religions, and ethnic differences among patients and families. The behavioral health provider also contributes to the medical team’s understanding of patient beliefs, behaviors, and barriers regarding the patient’s illness.

Location: Danville Pediatrics

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Uses age appropriate assessment and intervention skills. Able to use a range of interventions, depending upon the needs of the patient and or family.
• Promotes multi-disciplinary care that is patient-centered and considers all aspects of members' personal, psychological, economic, and cultural needs.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of CFMC services/benefits, public/private community resources, as well as federal/state laws which effect health care planning.
• Completes required documentation of services and plan of care per policy.
• Participates in program development, orientation, and educational activities which further members' capacity to better direct their own health care experience.
• Completes all required documentation per requirements and deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in related environment.
• Current unrestricted license/certification in the state in which practicing is required upon hire.

• Expertise with brief counseling interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership
• Advanced knowledge of local and national resources related to behavioral health care.

**Actual salary total compensation is based on employee benefit selections. Compensation is subject to relatable experience and is subject to fluctuate.**

Annual Compensation: Starting at $65,670.66

• Base Pay: $52,000.00
• Employer Paid Benefits: $9,150.66 (based on PPO 1500, dental, vision - employee only)
• Employer Sponsored 401k: $3,120.00 (based on a 6% employee pre-tax contribution)
• Paid holidays:$1,400.00
• Flexible Leave: Negotiable Based on Contract
