Cumberland Hall is looking for looking for a Director of Outpatient Services to join our dynamic Clinical Services team.

Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

Job duties to include:

Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating quality of care for patients in an outpatient setting. Also responsible for day to day operations, management and development of Outpatient programming, including both Psych and CD tracks. This role will have a clinical load in addition to managing the department.

Offers direct supervision to several employees including, but not limited to Therapists, RN’s, and Clerical staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, regulatory requirements and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, operations of all facets of the Outpatient Programs. Provides clinical supervision for Cumberland Hall Staff, as indicated.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in social services or appropriate psychiatric field.

Licensure:  KY State licensure such as LCSW, LCADC, LPCC, or LMFT from an accredited school.

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
