Livonia, Michigan, law firm seeks a full time, experienced 3 - 5 years Litigation Paralegal, Insurance Defense a plus, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of Discovery documents;
- Preparation of Motions and Orders;
- Summarizing records;
- Prepare and file documents as needed with the courts;
- Maintain professional interactions with clients in person, via telephone and / or e-mail; and
- Manage attorney calendars, including hearing dates, court deadlines, and meetings / appointments.
Preferred Skills :
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
