Salary Range: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Department: FRMA Inside Sales
Location: Rockland, Massachusetts
Reports To: Vice President
Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in a dynamic work environment including direct customer interaction, quotation preparation, order entry, data tracking/reporting, and various other administrative functions. Successful CSRs will possess a high degree of computer proficiency, and be motivated, flexible, and eager to support customers and coworkers. CSRs provide support for assigned outside salesperson(s) and management to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
