We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our team, specializing in residential home projects. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about residential design and eager to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the Material Binder on our online platform.
- Track and manage inventory for ongoing projects.
- Provide support for project accounting, including tracking expenses.
- Help with project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Review and interpret architectural plans to ensure materials and resources align with project requirements.
- Assist in the overall coordination of residential construction projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in Word and Excel (Sketchup and Bluebeam is a plus but not required)
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for residential design and construction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Prior experience or coursework in project coordination is a plus but not required.
- Buildertrend is a plus but not required.
