What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Representative - Full Time (40 Hours) position at CWPM LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments over the phone, by email or mail in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Review customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and delinquent accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers to facilitate debt recovery
- Record and update customer information, payment plans and collection efforts in the database. Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and disputes.
- Communication with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
- Providing support to the accounts receivable department and any other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related collections experience.
- Must be a motivated self-starter and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must possess general knowledge of Microsoft office including excel and word.
