Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the case process
- Stay updated on changes in family law and legal precedents
- Jurisdictionally licensed attorney with a valid law degree
- Proven experience in family law, particularly in divorce and custody cases
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
