Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial construction projects
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work
- Collaborate with project managers to develop cost-effective solutions
- Review and interpret the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure compliance
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor project costs and provide updates to management as needed
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably in a senior role
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- In-depth knowledge of NEC standards
- Excellent analytical and mathematics skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
