Business Analyst - Remote

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs to formulate systems that align with overall business strategies. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data modeling to enhance business effectiveness through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Formulate systems that parallel overall business strategies.
• Conduct business process reengineering and identify new applications of technology to solve business problems.
• Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses, including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build assessments.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for development or modification.
  
  

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• 5 years of experience as a Power BI developer with business analysis expertise.
• 3-5 years of data modeling experience.
• Familiarity with industry standards, including legacy, core, and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in business process mapping and reengineering.
  
  

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
