- Preferred wound care experience
- Hold shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Work with a patient ratio of 1:6.
- Use electronic medical records (EMR) system confidently.
