The Caretaker will attain and maintain occupancy of properties overseen by the position. This role also will include performing routine and unexpected maintenance needs for all of the properties while keeping them up to code and state regulation.
The position will including tasks indoors, outdoors and environments that include pets. The role will cover both The Colony in Pelican Rapids along with Blue Eagle Townhomes in Barnesville.
