Contract Duration : 6-12 months
Worksite Location : Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
Compensation : $ 40-46 / hr
What you will do as a Sr. Recruiter :
Talent Acquisition Leadership : Lead full desk recruiting efforts for diverse functions such as IT, Analytics, and Finance, ensuring alignment with the organization’s five-year strategic plan and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and partner with hiring managers to craft detailed job descriptions and target ideal candidates.
Sourcing & Screening : Source, screen, and interview candidates. Provide thorough summaries of candidate qualifications for hiring manager review.
Candidate Engagement : Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer Development : Lead compensation review, offer development, and candidate negotiations to extend offers and ensure successful hires.
Consultative Support : Establish credibility by providing consultative services to hiring managers, offering expertise on recruitment processes and talent strategies.
What you will bring to the Sr. Recruiter role :
Proven Recruiting Expertise : 5-9 years of experience with direct search and corporate recruiting, particularly in Technology, Healthcare Economics / Data Analysis, Operations, Finance, and Health Services.
Proficiency with ATS : Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Ultipro Recruiting preferred) to manage candidate pipelines, review applications, and document the recruitment process.
Sourcing Strategies : Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking strategies to proactively source passive candidates and build strong candidate pipelines.
Knowledge of Employment Laws : In-depth understanding of EEOC / OFCCP regulations and employment law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
Industry Insight : Recruiting experience in Health Insurance / Payor Industry (preferred).
Soft Skills : Strong communication, customer service, and listening skills; confidence, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective Time Management : Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing competing demands and deadlines.
